3,5 years at Takeda SCE Sp. z o.o.:

• 1 year as Solutions Hub Specialist – supporting end-users and external suppliers with tools usage and S2P processes execution
• 2,5 years as Contract Management specialist – processing requests in Ariba system, supporting process development and scope adjustment during global BPR implementations

Parallelly:

• 2 years as CI champion – participating in process improvement activities, leading own initiative and supporting other team members in process improvement execution
• 1,5 years as Ninja/ Robotic Automation Program – identifying repetitive process elements and standardize them to ensure bot development
• 0,5 year as Ready Champion – implementing the program in the team which main purpose is daily work optimization

3,5 years at Infosys BPO Poland:

• 1,5 years as Process Specialist – being responsible for process definition and implementation for two big product categories
• 2 years as Process Executive/ Senior Process Executive – creation of technical standards in database connected directly with customer’s ERP system

Graduate of the University of Lodz, Master’s degree in Administration; post-graduate in University of social sciences and humanities, Negotiation and

Native Polish, fluent speaker of English, intermediate speaker of Italian, beginner of German.
