Another edition of Adaptive’s Business Process Transformation course — organised as part of the Młodzi w Łodzi scholarship programme — has officially come to an end.
Over the past six months, a group of ambitious and talented students embarked on an inspiring journey with us, diving deep into the world of GBS: Julia Bartosiak, Marek Cendrowski, Tomasz Cieślak, Patrycja Dmoch, Weronika Kucharczyk, Agnieszka Michniacka, Julia Nawocka, Jakub Paternoga, Weronika Przybylska, Oliwia Stępień, Stanisław Szadowiak, Monika Wojcieszek, Karolina Wojtera, Julian Zięba, and Hubert Pieniążek.
Guided by our experienced leaders and experts, they gained hands-on experience and explored new career paths within the business services sector.
During the closing event, we had the pleasure of listening to the students’ winning project — a presentation on “Process Documentation in the Era of Digital Natives – What Instructions Reach Generation Z?” by Agnieszka Michniacka and Marek Cendrowski that truly impressed us!
We were also honoured to celebrate this moment together with Mateusz Sipa, Director at Invest in Łódź, and Karolina Matejko from the Investor Relations Team, whose presence made the event even more special.
