Our fantastic speakers presented Adaptive Case Study about transition in remote mode.

Leading Transition Projects in Finance function that aimed to transfer 650+ FTEs from 70+ Markets to 3 GBS locations. After joining GBS industry he led series of improvement and transformation project in Risk Management, Pricing and Accounting & Finance areas. Robert Godziszewski – Senior Manager & Principal Consultant in Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group – a practitioner with more than 15 years of business experience in the area of financial servicing in the BSS space.
