The beginning of Sept. 2015 we have signed the consulting with Zenit Ltd. This formerly well-know cotton hosiery producer, after transferring its core-business into the affiliates from Ferax Group is primarily focused on management of commercial real estate buildings.
The company manages large office space properties in revitalised old factory complexes. Our cooperation will comprise the preparation of growth strategy, extensive advisory on optimisation of organisational structures and processes together with preparation of the business plans and business cases for further adaptations and commercialisation of the company’s real estate properties.
