On the 24th-25th of April in the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw will be held a workshop entitled “Financial management in SSC”, where Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of the Board Michal Bielawski will lead workshops “Practical aspects of SSC management – the financial department role”.
The focal point for the discussion shall be issues concerning controlling improvement, planning & reporting optimalization and problematic aspects of SSC management.
The event is dedicated to people working in SSC environment, mainly to: Board Members, Chief Financial Officers, Strategy and Operations Directors and Accounting & Controlling Departments.The two-day workshop will be a platform for knowledge & experience sharing and a great opportunity to learn how to boost the cost-effectiveness and improve financial management in SSC.
