On the June 8th 2017 in Almond Hotel in Gdansk our Chief Executive Office Krystian Bestry took active part in the “Work-Life Balance” discussion within the BSS Tour Conference. During the event Krystian participated in the panel discussion titled “Business for human or human for business”.
According to the panelists, Work Life Balance is a coherence of the employee profile with the company profile, as well as encouraging team members to speak and listen carefully to their needs and preferences. This allows management to effectively link projects with the employees’ passions. Another way is to allow members of the team to pursue a passion for travel on business trips – to guarantee a longer stay in a particular place to benefit from its charms privately.
