The next edition of Outsourcing Stars Gala is coming up, so it is high time to announce the “Outsourcing Stars” contest. This is the only competition in Poland where the wide outsourcing industry and the modern business services sector are fighting for the prestigious Outsourcing Star statuette.
The competition is non-commercial and doesn’t entail any costs for participants. There is one winner in each category every year. The current edition of the competition takes place in a slightly modified formula, in this edituon there are thirteen categories. The new outsourcing category is dedicated to Shared Service Centers. The SSC sector, which has been growing steadily over the years, strongly emphasizes its presence as an employer, innovator and innovator on the Polish market, and can’t be overlooked in modern business services. Pro Progressio in cooperation with Adaptive Group is developing the SSC Lions project and this year for the first time decided to expand Outsourcing Stars awards program dedicated to shared service centers.
Every year the competition is divided into two steps. The first step is to register the company at the competition website and receive a link to complete the data for 2016 year. The second step begins on 01.01.2018, when participants are asked to complete the data from 2017 year. The idea of the Outsourcing Stars contest is based on objective comparison of the dynamics organization’s growth year-to-year and in comparison to all participants of the competition. The data is compared mathematically, in both quantitative and percentage terms, and the winner is chosen in each of the contest categories. The award is a prestigious Outsourcing Star statuette and the right to use the Outsourcing Star title. The award ceremony will take place on January 25th, 2018 in Gdynia.
