During this year’s edition of the BSS Forum in Gdynia Krystian Bestry and Michał Bielawski took active part as speakers in the panels: “Transformation – drive wheel of innovation in BPO / SSC / GBS and CoE centers” and “Hard talk: SLA/KPI – what, how and when to measure. What operational benefits are given by well-defined measures?”.
The BSS Forum is an annual conference organized by Pro Progressio. The main goal of the event is to discuss current trends, challenges, threats and opportunities facing the broad-based outsourcing sector as well as modern business services and institutions of the direct environment of these industries.
