Lately, Adaptive Group Team took part in the Shared Services & Outsourcing Week in Vilnius organized by SSON. Adaptive Group was the Sponsor of the event and conducted workshop for the participants.
The title of the workshop was “Knowledge management as a base for your GBS transformation journey”
Krystian Bestry, CEO Adaptive Group and Michał Ejchman, Program Manager Adaptive Group, touched upon such topics as:
