We are pleased to announce that Adaptive Group played an active role in this year’s 8th European Economic Forum – Lodzkie 2015, being an organiser and co-host of one of panel discussions: „The future of the modern business services sector in Poland – perspective for 2020”.
On 28-29 September 2015 in Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Lodz more than 3000 delegates participated in already the 8th edition of European Economic Forum. The event organised by Lodz Voivodeship in collaboration with Lodz Regional Development Agency promotes the latest regional business achievements and best business practices. This year’s Forum was held with the headline theme of: “Europe’s Challenges – Economy, Money, Business”. Two days of prelections, 23 panel discussions and great appearances of the special keynote speakers: President Lech Walesa, President Aleksander Kwasniewski, Ambassador Szewach Weiss.
The discussion panel on the future of the modern services sector in Poland, held with the patronage of ABSL, was facilitated by our Chief Executive Officer – Krystian Bestry with the representatives of the key sector companies and strategic sector partners in Poland, i.e.: Rafal Drygala (OpusCapita), Marcin Janiszewski (Infosys BPO Poland), Wojciech Karpinski (Amway Business Centre Europe), Mikolaj Lugowski (Nordea Operations Centre) and Tomasz Maciejak (Business Support Solution S.A), Jakub Sylwestrowicz (JLL) and Artur Skiba (Antal International Poland).
The panelists discussed experiences and business services trends from three perspectives: (1) growth forecasts for the SSC/BPO sector in the upcoming 5 years, (2) upcoming business opportunities and challenges and (3) flexibility of the labour market and the office space market required to boost the growth of the industry. There has been great interest from the Forum delegates promising great development of the business services sector in Lodz and the region in the coming years.
