This Tuesday brought fresh inspiration as we joined the ABSL Łódź Chapter Q1 Meeting at Widzew Łódź S.A. Football Stadium, a venue perfectly suited for big conversations and bold ideas!
A warm thank you to Agnieszka Belowska Gosławska, Ewa Navarro Mora – ABSL Poland, and Paweł Amrozik from Widzew for creating an atmosphere that makes meaningful dialogue effortless!
Adaptive was invited to contribute to the panel alongside:
• Adam Pustelnik, Vice President of the City of Łódź
• Michal Bielawski, Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group
• Andrzej Narkiewicz, Mercer
Together, we looked at Łódź through a practical business lens:
Why do companies keep choosing this city – and what can we do to raise the bar even higher?
What clearly stood out:
🔹 Łódź is playing the long game.
A consistent strategy builds trust and attracts stable investment.
🔹 The fundamentals speak for themselves.
Great location, strong talent, competitive labour costs, a combination that keeps drawing global players.
🔹 Collaboration truly works here.
Business, Invest in Łódź and academia form an ecosystem that genuinely accelerates innovation rather than just talking about it.
🔹 Success stories matter, all of them.
Sharing achievements (even those of our competitors!) strengthens the entire region.
🔹 Skills (especially #AI skills!) fuel transformation.
With the shift toward high‑value and increasingly AI‑driven services, continuous development is no longer optional.
We also welcomed Brenntag to the Łódź business landscape, great to see new momentum in the region! Welcome, Zaneta Leduchowska, Marco Mattijssen and Matthias Bredenbruch! 🍀
During the meeting we also enjoyed strong updates on Łódź initiatives from Mateusz Sipa, followed by two business cases, including one of Adaptive’s real showcases:
Master Data Process Transformation, presented by Robert Płuciennik, Adaptive’s Senior Project Manager & Senior Consultant showing how structured governance and smart process redesign can reshape global operations.
The day wrapped up with energetic networking and a fun moment on the Widzew pitch that added an extra spark to the whole experience.
Thank you to everyone involved for the thoughtful discussions and openness. We’re proud to contribute to Łódź’s growth story and excited about what comes next!
