At the beginning of the month, the Adaptive Team had the great pleasure of celebrating the 10th anniversary of ABSL in the Czech Republic at a conference in Brno. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to learn about the significant impact ABSL has had in fostering growth, maturing services, leadership, and innovation. It was an inspiring gathering attended by industry leaders and experts, and we were thrilled to be part of it.
The top priority, as emphasized during the conference, is:
- recruitment and retention of skilled staff in critical positions.
- promoting customer-centricity,
- managing costs,
- developing better leadership skills,
- maintaining the well-being and resilience of employees.
Moreover, the skills deficit, a critical concern for the industry, has shown significant improvement in recent years, particularly in areas such as technology/automation, language competencies, and leadership. Notably, discussions highlighted the emergence of new roles, including data scientists, RPA engineers, and customer experience specialists, reflecting the evolving landscape of business services.
Despite the challenges posed by the European economic slowdown, the Czech markets continue to attract new investors thanks to their competitive conditions, high standards, and the presence of a highly talented workforce. These factors are complemented by the undeniable charm of Czech cities, making the country an even more enticing destination for businesses and investors.
