The BPO / SSC sector is one of the most dynamically developing in recent years in Poland. More than 80 Fortune Global 500 investors have their shared services centres in Poland. So far, many conferences have been held on opportunities and threats to the sector in Poland, but the subject of legal challenges related to the functioning of the sector has not yet been analyzed comprehensively.
Hence the idea to share our knowledge and invite practitioners to discuss the most important legal challenges for the sector, such as:
- labour law, including the issues of mobility, benefits and matrix organisational structures;
- problems related to the lease of office space;
- solutions related to the law of new technologies, and
- protection of personal data, such as background checks.
