On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group brought together over 100 remarkable guests for a day full of insight, inspiration, and celebration. The GBS for the NEXT DECADE: Executive Senior Leadership Conference was more than just an industry event — it was a milestone moment, marking ten years of transformation, trust, and teamwork.
We were thrilled to host our community at the stunning Monopolis venue, where ideas flowed, connections sparked, and a shared ambition for the future of global business services took center stage. The day was filled with thought-provoking sessions, expert perspectives, and plenty of opportunities to reflect on what the next decade of Adaptive — and of the GBS sector — might look like.

A special thank you as well to Adam Pustelnik, First Deputy Mayor, for joining us at the opening of the conference. His presence and words of encouragement were a powerful reminder of the value of cross-sector partnerships and the role of leadership in driving progress.
Beyond the inspiring conversations, the day was full of memorable experiences — from a lively photo booth and curated wine tasting with a Portuguese sommelier, to exceptional cuisine and the kind of energy that only comes from a truly engaged community.
But it didn’t end there.
In the evening, we gathered for an unforgettable anniversary gala at EC1 Łódź – Miasto Kultury. The space — industrial, elegant, and full of character — was the perfect backdrop for a celebration ten years in the making.
There were surprises on stage, a spectacular birthday cake, heartfelt speeches, and more than a few emotional moments. We laughed, we danced, we remembered how far we’ve come — and how much we still aspire to achieve.
