What a celebration! On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group brought together over 100 leaders, clients, and partners for a day filled with insight, connection, and inspiration. Held in the heart of Łódź, our Executive Senior Leadership Conference – GBS for the NEXT DECADE marked not just a company milestone, but a moment of reflection on the future of global business services.
We couldn’t have chosen a better place to host this important event than Monopolis, and a better partner than the city that has been part of our story from the very beginning: Łódź.

A particular highlight of the day was the powerful opening by Adam Pustelnik, First Deputy Mayor of Łódź, who welcomed our guests and underlined the city’s ongoing commitment to creating a business-friendly, vibrant ecosystem for companies like ours to thrive. His presence and words of encouragement set the tone for the day — one focused on collaboration, shared growth, and mutual respect between the public and private sectors.
We are immensely grateful to the City of Łódź for standing by us throughout this decade. From helping us scale our operations to being present on the most important stages of our journey, their role in Adaptive’s growth story cannot be overstated.
The conference itself was buzzing with energy. Guests enjoyed engaging leadership sessions, exchanged ideas on the future of GBS, and made new connections in a relaxed yet focused environment. Add to that a Portuguese wine tasting experience with a sommelier, a lively photo booth, and a few surprises — and the day truly felt like a celebration of everything we’ve built together.
But the real magic happened in the evening, when we moved to the iconic EC1 Łódź – Miasto Kultury for our 10th anniversary gala.
An emotional and joyful celebration brought us all together — clients, friends, and colleagues who have shaped Adaptive over the past decade. There was laughter, heartfelt speeches, a birthday cake that made a statement, and moments that reminded us how far we’ve come. It was a night of memories and of shared excitement for what lies ahead.
