Since 2024 Project Leader at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group took care of following initiatives:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Provided detailed monthly cost and revenue analyses for the Management Board and prepared comprehensive quarterly reports for the head office.
- Cost Monitoring: Conducted ongoing monitoring of costs during investment projects, ensuring compliance with the budget and timely implementation of financial plans. This involved close collaboration with various departments to align financial practices with organizational goals.
- Accounting and Cost Management:
- Document Verification and Payment Processing: Managed the acceptance of cost documents, verifying their legitimacy and correctness. This included planning and authorizing payments, ensuring financial accuracy, and optimizing cash flow.
- Bank Guarantees, Leasing, and Financial Security: Secured business activities through bank guarantees, loans, leasing applications, factoring, and insurance policies while providing ongoing monitoring and data analysis to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaboration with Accounting Departments: Worked closely with accounting teams to establish and review costs, revenues, and financial performance. Conducted thorough analyses to support informed decision-making.
- I supported the auditor in the annual audit of the financial statements.
- Process Automation and Tools Development:
- Automation of Financial Processes: Developed and implemented macros and other tools to automate routine tasks such as payment processing, and data management.
- Reporting Tools: Created various tools for ad hoc analysis, including tracking average inventory levels and financing requirements over specific periods, enabling more responsive and accurate financial reporting.
- Human Resources and Payroll Management:
- Payroll and Bonus Calculation: Managed payroll processes, including the accurate calculation of employee bonuses, ensuring timely and fair compensation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employment Contracts and Regulations: Prepared and managed employment contracts, developed and updated remuneration regulations, and maintained compliance with labor laws.
- Work Time Records and Compliance: Oversaw the recording and management of working hours, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and legal standards. Developed and enforced workplace regulations, including work time and remuneration guidelines.
- Compliance and Audit Coordination:

- Project Management and Funding Applications:
- Funding Applications: Successfully managed the preparation and submission of funding applications for financial support from various sources, including the Polish Development Fund (PFR), the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW), and the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW).
- Employment Office and Training Subsidies: Secured funding from the Employment Office for various organizational initiatives and successfully obtained subsidies for employee training programs from the European Social Fund (EFS), enhancing workforce skills and qualifications. As the project manager, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
