GBS Master Classes is a meeting of GBS experts and practitioners. Regular exclusive meetings are aimed at discussing the latest trends, sharing cases and best practices. This time the meeting took place in the beautiful space of the Pałac Mała Wieś 1786 – Hotel / Restauracja Stara Wozownia / Nowa Oranżeria. During the session we’ve talked about Digital Transformations – where the role is positioned?, what the main targets are and where the targets are coming from. We went far beyond GBS and back-office, debating about actual borders. Indeed, GBS increases impact on the business – far more than only making sure the invoices are paid on time or VAT is calculated correctly. By digitalizing the landscape, we are transforming the way company delivers its products to end customers. All the discussions generated hunger to build new capabilities of GBS – which will be most likely our topic of the next GBS Master Classes coming soon.
