    • Analysis of transportation process for various vendors with a review of ERP system reports, chasing transport suppliers for export documentation collection, ensuring compliance of documentation with foreign VAT recovery process, process performance reporting, and process compliance reporting to Company stakeholders.
  • 6 months as interim P2P Accountant:
    • Third-party invoice handling process for Belgium, supporting intercompany invoices processing and reconciliations, handling external vendor correspondence and inquiries, coordinating month-end closing activities.

Graduate of Lodz University of Technology, faculty of Management and Production Engineering, Master’s degree in Project Management.

Graduate of Lviv National University, faculty of Financial Management and Business, Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation.

She has knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP Software (Accounts Payable Section), Maximo, MS Project, Microsoft Dynamics AX, OTRS (Open-source Ticket Request System), Coupa.

Mother tongue: Ukrainian. Speaks fluent English, Polish and Russian language. German on a good level.
