- in charge of HR policy compliance with immigration & labour law
- review, update and maintain compliance related to relocation policy
- support HR process transitions to India offshore locations
- 2 years as Executive HR Specialist:
- responsible for 1st & 2nd line HR helpdesk processes and solving employee quarries (1st line of contact for all employees and supervisors) – general HR and Labour Law advisory for 2500 employees
- managing SLAs performance and KPIs related to helpdesk
- subject matter expert advisory for management team / internal HR/employees
- maintaining of personal files and employees database
- leading implementation of HR Tools (query ticketing tool, absences, overtime) implementation of new SLAs, HR Administration processes optimization
- Over 1 year as HR Associate:
Graduate of University of Lodz, Master’s degree in Psychology of Work and Career Guidance. Wioleta has an expert knowledge of labour and immigration law.
