Q2 definitely surprised everyone. Q3 brought stabilization and proved that currently in Shared Services Centers across the globe reviewing and slight optimization of processes may provide more advantages than ever. During the discussion, the SSC/GBO experts debated the ways in which the order-to-cash cycle can be accelerated to drive efficiency and improve cash flow in these exceptional times.
