Mobile Office Week is not only about knowledge, inspiration & fun but it is also a great time to recognize the efforts of our experts. This year, Krystian Bestry (CEO Adaptive Group) & Michał Bielawski (CFO Adaptive Group) decided to award 4 specialists of our Adaptive Group Team who went above and beyond over the last months.
During special dinner, our bosses officially announced this year’s “winners”.

Amal Naimi – Client Relationship Award 2019
Amal Naimi has the role of Project Manager / Consultant at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – Finance & Accounting, Order to Cash processes, in particular, for Shared Services & Outsourcing centres. She has over 9 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting services comprising 4 years at Infosys BPO Ltd. and 1 year as Freelance Business Development Consultant.
Amal Naimi received the Client Relationship Award 2019 for maintaining perfect relations with her clients and taking care of constant dialogue giving room for full understanding of each other’s goals & expectations.

Agata Opłatowska – Mobility Award 2019
Agata Opłatowska has the role of Consultant at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – HR and Finance & Accounting processes, in particular, for Shared Services & Outsourcing centers. She has over 11 years of relevant business experience comprising 8 years at Infosys BPO Poland and 6 months at Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
Agata Opłatowska received the Mobility Award 2019 for being extremely flexible when it comes to projects involving business trips which require going abroad for longer periods of time.

Dominika Jóźwiak-Bąk – Excellence Award 2019
Dominika Jóźwiak-Bąk has the role of Consultant at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – Finance & Accounting, in particular, for Shared Services & Outsourcing centres. She has over 14 years of relevant business experience comprising 4 years in Procurement and Supply Chain process for Go Play Limited, 1 year at Media Partners & Silva Limited as Accountant and 7 years in Infosys BPO.
Dominika Jóźwiak-Bąk received the Excellence Award 2019 for great engagement in every project she was involved in for the past several months and attention to details.

Irmina Liczbik – Excellence Award 2019
Irmina Liczbik has the role of Marketing Specialist & Content Manager at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group. She has over 3 years of relevant business experience comprising being travel blogger at Na Pokładzie Życia and taking care of various social media platforms.
Irmina Liczbik received the Excellence Award 2019 for marketing initiatives, including EB, which are recognizable and positively received both by employees and our clients.
