On the 20th of November 2018, Adaptive Group experts went to Warsaw to take part in the Lean Strategy conference organized by Leanpassion. The event focused on implementing lean in a strategic way and case studies.
Our company was represented by Krystian Bestry, CEO Adaptive Group and Joanna Wilczyńska, Program Manager Adaptive Group.
Krystian Bestry was one of the speakers during the debate about reasons standing behing low percentage of successful transformation.
