At the beginning of October 2018, the CEE Strategic SSC Conference took place in Warsaw, Poland. Adaptive Group was represented by Michał Bielawski, CFO of the company.
The event was a great opportunity not only to take part in the discussion but also to meet again with our business partners: Maciej Kulbat (Avon GBS) and Wojciech Karpiński (Amway BSC).
As far as the topic of the conference is concerned, on day 1, the agenda included such topics as:
- future of work & organizational development
- staff & knowledge retention
- HR & strategic management
- RPA & intelligent automation
Whereas the second day was devoted to case studies:
- increased diversity with more value-added services
- stakeholder management
- global process governance
and also practical workshops.
