We are growing! New year … new faces. In the firsts months of 2018, another group of talented specialists and managers have joined our Adaptive team to help us bring even better results for our clients.
Below a short snapshot of our new colleagues, who joined Adaptive family recently. Definitely, it is going to be a fruitful and inspiring cooperation!
Aleksandra Pudlarz, F&A Consultant – over her professional path Ola gained wide experience in F&A Processes across diverse SSC and business structures in Poland and Switzerland. She has brought us a fresh perspective on the best in class business models in manufacturing and pharma industries and her engineering background will certainly support our technology research capabilities. At Adaptive she currently coordinates F&A ‘rescue rangers’ team for one of our business services clients.
Robert Godziszewski, Program Manager – he brings over 11 years management experience across business process outsourcing and shared services space. Over his career Robert has been leading a high-end team of professionals in area of Fiscal and Statutory Accounting processes, process transitions and transformation programs across various European locations. Skilled in the areas of people and process management, he is the real expert in business solution design, process maturity assessment and re-engineering. Currently he supervises few strategic initiatives for RtR, OtC and business support transformation programs for our manufacturing clients.
Agata Opłatowska, F&A/HR Consultant – with a practical experience of finance domain, shared services transitions and operations, Agata is a certified Business Trainer for HR domain and soft skills. For the last few years she has been working in talent development space for various multinational corporations. Currently at Adaptive, she supports overall HR and payroll process transformations, taking active role in documentation, transitions and optimization projects.
Irmina Liczbik, Marketing Specialist and Content Manager – self-taught social media enthusiast. With over 2 years of experience in social media communication and content creation, she has joined Adaptive Group to take care of our social media platforms, website content and coordination of marketing and social events.
