Last months have been a time of very intensive growth for our Company which reflects also in new faces brought to our team!
Below short snapshot presenting our four very talented colleagues who joined us during the summer period. We count on the long and fruitful cooperation together with a lot of innovative ideas and substantial contribution to our business relationships with Clients.
Magda Jonczyk is an experienced transition and transformation manager with a lot of experience in shared services centers. She joined our team at the beginning of Q3, immediately engaging in the success of the OtC process transitions for McCain Foods and consulting preparations of HR migrations for Deloitte.
Elzbieta Krzyzanowska – has been working in the marketing, conference & networking industry. Her passions are focused on connecting people on congresses and business meetings. She has joined Adaptive Group to support the company in marketing campaigns, PR initiatives and communication.
Agnieszka Luczak – over her professional career, she got expertise in the areas of banking customer service processes as well as financial reporting and controlling for large corporations. Her broad experience in working close to the core business will be a valuable asset to our consulting services team and process transformation programs run for our clients.
Wioleta Urbanska – a passionate consultant with Human Resource background and multiple experience in employee database management, immigration, personal data protection, payroll administration and payroll to outsourcing shared service centers. At Adaptive, she will be advising our clients to find the best solutions for ‘hire to retire’ processes.
