On the 19th of September Michał Bielawski – Vice-president of the Board of Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group took active part in The Green Light for BSS conference, organized by Pro Progressio Group.
During the panel titled “Opole on Polish and European map of BSS“ the speakers: Violetta Małek (KPMG Poland, Director, Management Consulting, Financial Management), , Michał Bielawski (Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group, Vicepresident of the Management Board), Kerry Hallard (Global Sourcing Association, President), EliasVan Herwaarden (Deloitte, EMEA Service Leader, Global Location Strategies) were comparing BSS in Opole vs. other cities in Poland, Opole and Polish regional cities vs European BSS destinations, and discussing what are current actual trends and challenges in BPO/SSC.
