Last Monday, we had the pleasure of taking part in another inspiring edition of Women Together by ABSL Poland, this time hosted in Łódź at the historic Biedermann Palace.
The entire event was dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on AI in the context of female leadership. It was an engaging and thoughtful space for exchanging perspectives on how technology is reshaping the way we lead, decide, and work.
Adaptive was proud to contribute to the agenda by presenting the latest AI trends and real‑life implications for organizations. During the session, Robert Godziszewski and Paweł Płocki shared their insights into the rapid evolution of AI, the pace of change we are currently witnessing, and what we can realistically expect from AI in our everyday professional lives.
A key highlight of the event was the panel discussion on barriers to AI adoption in organizations, along with practical ways to overcome them. The discussion was moderated by Edyta Krzemińska, PR & Marketing Lead at Adaptive, and sparked an open, honest conversation around fears, readiness, leadership responsibility, and the human side of AI transformation.
We would like to sincerely thank ABSL Poland and the Women Together community for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of this important conversation. It was a pleasure to meet so many inspiring leaders and practitioners who are actively shaping the future of technology and leadership.
And this is not the end as the next Women Together meeting for leaders in Łódź, held under the patronage of ABSL Poland, is already planned for the coming months.
Thank you once again for having us! We are truly looking forward to what comes next.
