We are going to share with you the hands-on experience of our special guests and Adaptive experts:

Rafał Drygała, Head of Global Service Centre at DLA Piper- Rafal has 19 years of international experience in areas of Shared Services, Outsourcing and Professional Services. He now heads Global Service Centre for DLA Piper. For over 5 years held the position of Regional Head of the leading global BPO provider running 550+ people multinational, multi-process delivery out of Prague & Brno. He was also Co-founder and v-ce President of Czech branch of ABSL, the one of the biggest Associations for Shared Services and Outsourcing. For 2.5 years he was responsible for service delivery out of Poland and Estonia for OpusCapita - one of Scandinavian BPO providers. In his earlier career he worked for Deloitte, as well as was one of managers building Shared Service Center of Philips in Poland.

Paweł Kalinowski, Delivery Excellence Director at Adidas- Pawel has more than 10 years of Shared Service industry experience where he was responsible for areas like: Workforce Management, Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Customer Satisfaction and NPS. He has experience in Banking, Oil & Gas, FMCG sectors. In his current role he is responsible for Global Delivery Excellence strategy for GBS in adidas and recently started work together with IT on Automation concepts and frameworks.

Krystian Bestry, CEO Adaptive Group- since 2015, Krystian Bestry has been the CEO and President of the Management Board of ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group – the partnership of industry leaders with the benchmark expertise in the areas of business architecture, process optimization and productivity improvements, set-up and transformation of SSC, business support functions and outsourcing contracts. In 2007 - 2014 he has been the Vice-President and Services Head for EMEA region at Infosys BPO Ltd., responsible for the overall business growth strategy incl. several unit set-up and acquisition projects. In 2004 - 2007 Krystian has been Operations Director of the European Service Center of Philips Electronics and one of the co-founders and the Vice-president of the Management Board of Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL).

Michał Bielawski, CFO Adaptive Group- since 2015, Michał Bielawski has been the CFO and Vice-president of the Management Board of ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group. Michał Bielawski is the expert at business transformation of financial and accounting processes, management of SSC teams, optimization and controls of BPO’s and SSC’s. During his career he was responsible for financial and other enabling business functions at Infosys BPO and Philips shared service centers, optimization projects and LEAN implementation at SSC and BPO organizations for business processes. Coordinated statutory and corporate taxation, accounting, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, compliances, personal data protection and facility management of SSC. He is also experienced SSC Quality Manager, Operations and Transition Manager (in outsourcing).

Joanna Wilczyńska, Program Manager Adaptive Group- Joanna has over 14 years of professional experience in Banking sector and in F&A, HR Transition & Transformations within the SSC and BPO landscape. Skilled in process & people management with diversity aspect, global teams inclusive. She was leading variety of projects  incorporating IT ERP/business solutions implementations with SSC transitions twist, F&A global processes reengineering, SSC feasibility study for HR processes up to large transformation programs rollout.

Robert Godziszewski, Program Manager Adaptive Group- Robert has over 12 years of business experience in the area of financial servicing in the BSS space. Skilled in the areas of process management and people management including leading a high-end team of professionals in area of Fiscal and Statutory Accounting processes or managing General Ledger departments. Recently focused on business transformation & optimization, strategic advisory for centralization & automation initiatives.

As we announced last year, because of the partnership with SSON our company is the only expert for GBS Transitions and Work-life Balance themes during flagship conferences organized by SSON.
