Krystyna Zakrzewska, Project Manager- she has over 8 years of overall experience in shared services financial processes including being a O2C Coordinator / Subject Matter Expert in Arla Global Financial Service Centre. Krystyna has significant knowledge in project & people management, process excellence, order to cash end to end process handling as well as implementation of process automation and standardization. During her career, she has highly developed her communication and stakeholder management skills.
Justyna Rak, Project Manager- with over 11 years of overall business experience, Justyna brings in her knowledge about finance & accounting, internal audit, improvement projects, transitions. Apart from other roles, Justyna was a Senior Project Lead and LEAN Champion in Infosys and Continuous Improvement and Project Manager in Re:Sources Poland. All in all, Justyna is an experienced project lead with great communication and organizational skills.
Anna Kraska, Process Consultant- over 13 years of overall business experience including the roles of Process Specialist in procurement and P2P processes in Infosys and Logistics Specialist
focusing on order service & invoicing in Teknos. Anna is an expert in purchase to pay,
end to end process handling, building high quality reports, internal process audits, identification & coordination of process improvements. She has highly developed communication and negotiation skills: conducting calls with clients, presentations etc.
Olga Kozłowska, Consultant- Olga has over 5 years of overall business experience gained through positions of Junior Financial Business Controller in Fujitsu, RTR Specialist in Infosys and other. Olga has significant knowledge within process optimization, month end closing activities, account reconciliation, financial statements, NBP & GUS reporting, manual journal entry posting, supporting treasury with bank statement posting and clearing cash accounts.
Anastasia Kotvytska, Junior Consultant- she has 1,5 years of overall business experience including the roles of Project leader in GFK Ukraine, Customer Service specialist in Adelina Call Center, interim P2P Accountant in Adaptive Group. Anastasia has practical skills within third party invoice handling process, internal query handling & resolution via ticketing tool, customer service improvement
and increase of customer satisfaction.
